At Sensorio, we believe that drinking coffee should be more than an automatic gesture: it should be a conscious, enjoyable and engaging experience. We want to turn routine into discovery, accompanying every cup with stories, culture and new flavours.

We were born in Rome, with an open view of the world and our feet firmly planted in our city. Sensorio is the meeting point of gastronomic research, respect for raw ingredients and a passion for specialty coffee. Every product we offer is carefully chosen and handled: from single origins roasted directly by us, to natural, organic and sustainable drinks, through to brunches designed to accompany every sip.

Our mission is to offer an extraordinary, accessible and transparent gastronomic experience. We want to educate without being elitist, spark curiosity without overcomplicating things, and offer quality without compromise.

Our vision is to build a place where taste, culture and sustainability meet. A point of reference for those who seek something more: whether that is a conscious cup, a selection of natural wines, a craft beer or a seasonal dish prepared with care and attention.

Every choice we make, from roasting our coffees to selecting our ingredients, reflects our commitment to a fairer world, for those who grow and for those who consume.

The Founders

Sensorio was born from the dream of two brothers, Matteo and Luca, raised in Rome and trained in the world of hospitality. After years of experience in specialty coffee abroad, they decided to return to their home city to share what they had learned: a contemporary, open and respectful vision of coffee.

They do not want to overturn Italian coffee habits, but to enrich them, showing how even an espresso can be a vehicle for quality, origin and identity. Sensorio is their way of telling the story of a new kind of coffee, without giving up conviviality and tradition.

Why do we choose specialty coffee? Because we know the people who grow it. Because we respect its identity. Because we only want to offer you what we would drink ourselves, every day.
