From the fertile, red hills of central Kenya, this coffee comes from the Ndia-Ini cooperative, one of the most recognized for the excellence of its AA lots. A Kenyan classic, lively and clean, that surprises with every sip.

Preparation tips

  • Espresso: 19g serving / 45g output / 26–30 sec at 93.5°C. Explosive profile, with plenty of acidity and red fruit. Light water: 70–90 ppm to maximize cleanliness and aroma.
  • Filter: 16g of coffee per 250g of water at 94°C, with pulse pouring and a total time of 2:45–3:10.
