Marcelino Chinguel, Peru

For over forty years Marcelino Chinguel has grown coffee at Finca La Lucuma, in the Cajamarca region of Peru. Together with his family, he personally oversees every stage of production, combining experience, dedication and a constant focus on quality.

This lot comes from a project designed to unlock the full potential of Peruvian coffee through quality-focused training, sensory evaluation and sustainable farming practices. Processed as a Natural, the coffee is slowly dried to enhance sweetness and complexity — an approach that rewards producers directly and brings the richness of high-altitude Peruvian coffee to the cup.

Sensory Experience

A fruity, indulgent profile: tangerine and banana bring sweetness and vibrancy, sour cherry adds a juicy note, while dark chocolate closes with depth and roundness.
