Preparation tips

  • Expressed: 18g – Output: 45g in cup – Time: 27–30 sec – Water temp: 93°C

  • Filter: 15g coffee / 250g water – temperature 92°C, soft water (approx. 80–100 ppm). Pour in 3 steps for a total time of 2:30–3:00.
